How To Create Bulk Number Lists in Excel 2003/2007





This tutorial will show you how to create an automatic, bulk list of numbers for your spreadsheets on Microsoft Excel (2003 or 2007). Very useful for when you want to create a quick number list so you never have to type in the following numbers again.

To do this, type in the number "1" on the first vertical cell (say A1), and in A2, type in =A1+1. Then copy (Ctrl+C) cell A2 which should now say "2" and highlight cells A3 to say A10, Ctrl+V Paste and now you have 1 - 10 in cells A1-A10. Now you got yourself a system so you never have to type in those numbers again in a list.
